Barcelona will be looking to use their recent good form to their advantage as they host Lyon in the second-leg.
Following a 0-0 stalemate in France, the hosts will be desperate not to concede an away goal which would put them in real trouble.
Recent back-to-back derby wins against Real Madrid alongside a win against Rayo Vallecano has seen the La Liga leaders come into this clash in high spirits but they know that their opponents will be no pushovers.
Since the first-leg, Lyon have played four games and they’ve managed to wins in these games. A disappointing loss to Monaco and a draw to Strasbourg saw the French outfit drop points.
While they may sit in third spot in the division, league-leaders Paris Saint-Germain are 21 points ahead of Lyon.
Bruno Génésio’s side know that an early away goal will unsettle the hosts and their fans who are expecting a comprehensive win.
Thomas Vermaelen, Rafinha and Ousmane Dembélé are all set to miss out for the hosts with injuries.
The visitors will be without Amine Gouiri while Marcelo and Rafael could be doubts for the second-leg but the former should be fit enough.
