Lazio will be looking to return to winning ways following their 2-1 loss away at Napoli last weekend. Jose Callejon and Arkadiusz Milik both scored for Napoli to hand Lazio their sixth league loss of the season.
Simone Inzaghi's side currently sit 7th in Serie A and are 24 points adrift of table-toppers Juventus. While Lazio will be keen to provide a shock and upset the odds, they will have one eye on their Coppa Italia quarter-final clash with Inter Milan which is arguably the bigger game for Lazio.
Juventus, as expected, have taken Serie A by storm this season and Massimiliano Allegri's side are eight points clear of second-placed Napoli, with a game in hand.
The Old Lady made light work of Chievo on Monday as they ran out 3-0 winners courtesy of goals from Daniele Rugani, Emre Can and Douglas Costa. Cristiano Ronaldo missed a chance to score his 15th league goal of the season after the Portuguese international missed a penalty.
Allegri still has hopes of a treble this season with his side still in the Coppa Italia and Champions League. With his team running away with the league, it could be a fantastic season ahead for the Juventus fans.
The hosts will be without defender Francesco Acerbi who was sent off in the 2-1 defeat to Napoli while Luiz Felipe and Adam Marusic will both likely miss out due to injury.
Ciro Immobile will lead the front-line for Lazio as he looks to add to his tally of 11 Serie A goals so far this season.
Juventus have injury worries of their own with Mario Mandzukic and Andrea Barzagli both injured for the encounter. Sami Khedira, Joao Cancelo, Juan Cuadrado and Miralem Pjanic are all doubts for the Old Lady.
Potential Lazio Starting XI: Strakosha, Bastos, Radu, Wallace, Durmisi, Milinkovic-Savic, Leiva, Parolo, Lulic, Luis Alberto, Immobile
Potential Juventus Starting XI: Szczesny, De Sciglio, Bonucci, Chiellini, Sandro, Can, Bentancur, Matuidi, Dybala, Ronaldo, Costa

- The last draw between these two came early in 2014 as they both battled out a 1-1 draw.
- Lazio 15/4
- Draw 5/2

Lazio's confidence has taken a big hit following their loss to Napoli and this could be exploited by a goal thirsty Juventus side who haven't lost away in the league all season.
The Old Lady boast the best away record in the league having won eight of their nine away games and they will be biting at the bit to make it five wins in a row in all competitions.
Cristiano Ronaldo will be keen to make amends for his penalty miss on Monday by getting back on the scoresheet on Sunday. The 33-year-old is two goals behind Serie A's top goalscorer Fabio Quagliarella and Ronaldo will be doing everything in his power to make sure he doesn't fall further behind as he looks to make it a successful first season in Italy for himself.
If Lazio are to get anything from the encounter they will be relying on the services of Immobile who has 11 goals to his name this season. The striker will be looking to get in and around the six-yard box as he looks to help carry Lazio to a surprise win.
