Lyon will be looking to win their fourth game in a row and inflict Paris Saint-Germain's first league defeat of the season.
The hosts won against relegation-threatened Amiens SC last week as a Jason Denayer goal was enough for Lyon to run out 1-0 winners and see them bridge a three-point gap between themselves and fourth-placed rivals Saint-Étienne.
Bruno Génésio's side are currently 16 points behind Les Parisiens who also have two games in hand.
The visitors are currently unbeaten this season, winning 18 of their 20 league games. PSG coasted past Rennes last Sunday winning 4-1 courtesy of goals from Angel Di Maria and Kylian Mbappé as well as a brace from Edinson Cavani.
Les Parisiens have won their last four games in all competitions following their shock 2-1 defeat in the Coupe de la Ligue to Guingamp, and they will be looking to secure the double against Lyon after hammering them 5-0 earlier in the season.
Lyon will have to make do without Amine Gouiri and Rafael da Silva who are both sidelined until March.
Memphis Depay will have extra pressure with Lyon fans seemingly unhappy with the Dutchman's recent performances.
The visitors, on the other hand, will be without Neymar who is out for ten weeks with a metatarsal injury which will also see him miss PSG's round-of-16 tie against Manchester United in the Champions League.
Potential Lyon Starting XI: Lopes, Dubois, Marcelo, Denayer, Mendy, Aouar, N'Dombele Alvaro, Depay, Fekir, Cornet, Dembele
Potential Paris Saint-Germain Starting XI: Buffon, Bernat, Kimpembe, Thiago Silva, Kehrer, Marquinhos, Alves, Draxler, di Maria, Cavani, Mbappe

Lyon will be in search for their third win in a row but they may come unstuck as PSG look to carry on their so far unbeaten Ligue 1 season.
Ligue 1 top goalscorer Kylian Mbappé will be looking to add to the 18 league goals he netted this season. The Frenchman's strike partner Edinson Cavani will be keen to add to his tally of 16 league goals as the two strikers look set to battle it out for the golden boot.
PSG's impressive away record which has seen them win seven of their nine away games should continue, though Lyon's strong home form will give them hope of causing an upset and ending Les Parisiens' unbeaten campaign.
Swindon Town fan, so I've seen it all really. The promotions, the play off heartbreak, relegation's, cup runs and embarrassing cup exits. The EFL is my bread and butter but I also take an interest in German football.
