With 25 points and with 4 games to go, West Brom look to be relegated from the Premier League this season, but a couple of interesting results in the last two weeks have given the Baggies some hope going into the final games of the season. However, in their path is Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle, a side that has guaranteed their place once again in the top tier of English football, climbing all the way up to 10th in the process.

Benitez’s side had a four-game winning streak finally come to an end on Monday night as they fell to Everton, but West Brom’s results have been far more superior and interesting.

After the not so unexpected sacking of Alan Pardew, Darren Moore was appointed caretaker manager and has single-handedly beaten Manchester United and drawn with Liverpool, the latter being perhaps one of the best sides in Europe at the moment.

West Brom will be desperate to bag as many points as possible in the hope that they can be saved, which is still mathematically possible- something that makes them a more dangerous team to play against, especialy given Newcastle’s status in the league.

Both Jesús Gámez and Christian Atsu are out for Newcastle, whilst James Morrison and Gareth Barry are also doubtful.
