Standout Stats & Streaks W/E 3rd November 2017
Patrick Gillen (@PatrickGillen94) uncovers the Standout Stats, Streaks & Trends ahead of this weekend’s football.
Valencia v Leganes – Saturday 12:00
Valencia welcome Leganes to the Estadio de Mestalla having won their last six league games. The home side sit in second place in the table, four points behind league leaders Barcelona, having already scored 27 goals. Leganes have been impressive themselves, but with a contrasting style. The away side have defended resolutely, conceding only five goals so far this season. Valencia to win 2-0 can be found at 6/1 with 888sport.
Stoke v Leicester – Saturday 12:30
Claude Puel will want to continue his winning start as Leicester City manager when he takes his side to the bet365 Stadium on Saturday. Leicester are unbeaten in last four games and face a Stoke team boosted by last week’s 1-0 away win at Watford. Stoke were poor in their last home display against Bournemouth and so a smart bet could be Leicester Draw No Bet which can be found at evens with Paddy Power.
Vitesse v Zwolle – Sunday 13:30
PEC Zwolle are currently unbeaten in six league games and have kept three consecutive clean sheets, leaving them just one point behind Dutch giants Ajax. Vitesse themselves have made an excellent start to the season, as they boast the third highest goal difference and sit fifth in the league standings. It is a tough match to call, but Zwolle to win and under 2.5 match goals is a tempting 17/2 with Ladbrokes.
Chievo v Napoli – Sunday 14:00
League leaders Napoli have racked up six consecutive away wins and will aim to make it seven when they travel to the Stadio Marc’Antonio to face Chievo. It’s hard to see anything but an away win in this one, with Napoli averaging 2.83 goals per game this season. BetVictor offers evens for Napoli to win both halves.
Atalanta v SPAL – Sunday 17:00
Atalanta are unbeaten in their last five home games and that run looks set to continue as they host Serie A strugglers SPAL on Sunday. SPAL have struggled on the road this season, amassing only one point away from home. Atalanta to win with a handicap of -2 is best price 2/1 with William Hill.
