The league is but a win away for Manchester City, and Tottenham are the ones to prolong the inevitable. After an atrocious week for the Cityzens, they’ll be eager to get back to their winning ways and wrap up the league title once and for all.
However, Spurs are unbeaten in 2018 and a victory tomorrow would set a new club record for their longest unbeaten run- a run which started right after being thrashed by none other than Manchester City, and it’s clear that Harry Kane & Co will do anything to make sure they get the goals in.
As well as a Man City victory, they also need Manchester United to lose to an already broken West Brom side. Spurs will also be looking to cement their Champions League spot, and a victory could further distance them from Chelsea and potentially launch themselves ahead of Liverpool- whose heads will be elsewhere.
Danny Rose, Kyle Walker-Peters and Danny Rose are all injured for Spurs, whilst Sergio Agüero, Bejamin Mendy & John Stones are also doubtful and Fernandinho is suspended.
Potential Tottenham Starting XI: Lloris, Aurier, Sánchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Dembélé, Eriksen, Alli, Son, Kane.
Potential Manchester City Starting XI: Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Otamendi, Delph, de Bruyne, Gündogan, Silva, Silva, Gabriel Jesus, Sané.
