As Strictly gathers pace, Balvinder Sopal, who narrowly escaped elimination in week four, again finds herself under pressure. The EastEnders actress survived the dance off last week and is the favourite to go in week five. And it looks as though it will be a race between Sopal and drag performer La Voix.

Last week Sopal narrowly avoided being eliminated by emerging victorious from a dance off against former England rugby union captain Chris Robshaw. So Long Sopal? Balvinder Favourite For the Chop
Despite delivering a much-improved performance, which was acknowledged by the judges, Balvinder Sopal still ended up in the dance-off for the second week in succession. And with Chris Robshaw exiting last week and Aussie actor Stefan Dennis withdrawing with injury, Sopal, who some feel is lacking in support from the public, appears to be in a two-horse race with fellow struggler La Voix.
We feel that the odds are generous enough to back either, depending on your interpretation of the action, and there is a strong chance of Sopal’s luck running out. Especially since her improvement last week appeared to be ignored by the public.
If you are looking for an outside bet, the odds are tempting for both Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink. A poor performance this weekend could lead to either finishing in the bottom two, so, despite the presence of Balvinder Sopal and La Voix, both are realistic choices.
