Our EFL sages have combined their own knowledge with hard data from Kickform to compile these tips. Let’s look at why we’ve gone for these three bets for our Saturday acca.
Championship – Leicester City vs Sheffield United: Over 10.5 Corners
While Leicester City’s season could be generously described as underwhelming, it may not be an exaggeration to describe Sheffield United’s campaign as disastrous. Leicester are in midtable, while the Blades are just outside the relegation zone. However, both sides have won a large number of corners. The home side have averaged 5.65 corners per match, the third highest in the division, while Sheffield United have averaged a Championship high of 7.82 corners per game. We feel that over 10.5 corners is a good bet to start our acca with.
League One – Burton Albion vs Leyton Orient: Over 9.5 Corners
It is corners that have caught our eye in League One, too. And we feel that the midtable clash between Burton Albion and Leyton Orient will produce plenty of flag kicks with the stats supporting this. 63% of Burton’s games and 53% of Orient’s have seen at least 10 corners. Burton are winning 5.00 corners per game on average, while Orient are averaging 5.29 on the corner count. We think that Saturday will see double figures for the flag kick total.
League Two: Milton Keynes Dons vs Fleetwood Town: BTTS
Fourth-placed Milton Keynes Dons take on Fleetwood, currently in 11th. We are expecting goals in this one. MKD have hit 33 in 17 matches, conceding 19, while Fleetwood have scored 26 and conceded 24 in 17 fixtures.
KIckform give a 58% chance for both over 2.5 goals in the match and for both teams to score. And we are going for BTTS. MK Dons have consistently found the net at home but have shipped more than a goal per game on average. Fleetwood have scored 10 times in eight away matches. The most likely results, according to Kickform, are a 2-1 home win followed by a 1-1 draw. We are happy to complete our 10bet acca with a wager on both teams to find the net.
