We’re banking on goals, goals, goals this Saturday in five of the seven Premier League fixtures. Shaky defences and stylish attacks could mean us scoring in a 7/1 five-fold acca featuring Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and more.
Saturday’s Premier League Acca Tips – More Defensive Misery for Liverpool?
Stuttering Liverpool offer their opposition, and us, opportunities and we’re not about to miss out. Their late game at Leeds along with four traditional 3pm kick-offs combine for a 7.08/1 accumulator at Unibet, making them one of the best betting sites for this week’s games.

Bet 1: Bournemouth vs Chelsea – Over 2.5 Goals 13/20
After a promising start to the Premier League season, Bournemouth are sliding off the rails. They struggled in the second half at Sunderland and all night against Everton recently, contributing to a run of four defeats in five.
Eight of the Cherries’ last 11 games would have landed a successful over 2.5 goals bet. Make that nine out of 12 for Chelsea, who were beaten 3-1 at Leeds the other night.
Enzo Maresca rotated his squad at Elland Road and the Blues were punished. Better is expected this weekend, though with nine goals in their last six home games, the hosts can contribute too.
Bet 2: Manchester City vs Sunderland – Man City to Win 27/100
An obvious one? Many don’t think so. Man City are suddenly rather leaky while Sunderland are still flying high after another impressive performance when drawing at Liverpool.
The fact is, however, that Liverpool were terrible on Wednesday and things will start to catch up with the Black Cats who will soon run out of lives.
City are right back on scoring form, you can’t knock them in that regard. Allied to that is their impressive home record in the Premier League which reads six wins from seven, 19 goals having been scored in the process.
Away trips to Liverpool and Man City are too much for most teams, and we reckon Erling Haaland and his cohort will steamroller Sunderland from the off on this occasion.
Bet 3: Newcastle vs Burnley – Newcastle to Win 2/7
Since Bruno Guimaraes made his first start for Newcastle, he has only been on the bench nine times. Newcastle have won precisely none of those games. That was the case against Tottenham on Tuesday when Bruno came on to score the opening goal in a 2-2 draw and the captain will surely start this Saturday.
The Toon should have had that game won by half-time. Would a lesser defence have crumbled? Maybe, and we don’t think Burnley will cope with Barnes, Gordon and Woltemade, nor will they stop the incisive passing provided by Bruno and Sandro Tonali or the marauding runs from Hall and Livramento.
Improvement is required by Eddie Howe’s players, but it often comes when needed and Burnley most likely don’t have enough to stop them.
Bet 4: Tottenham vs Brentford – Over 2.5 Goals 4/5
Despite obvious problems, there was a temptation to take the juicy 7/5 on offer about Spurs. The law of averages must kick in at some point – Spurs have won just three of their last 21 home games at home and that is extraordinary given the talent in their squad.
Thomas Frank could yet be punished by his former side in some ways. The Bees have only won once in 12 away games, but they do score goals. Before losing 2-0 at Arsenal, Brentford had netted 13 in eight away trips in all competitions this campaign.
It’ll be an open game no doubt, with over 2.5 goals being the sensible betting play.
Bet 5: Leeds vs Liverpool – Over 2.5 Goals 4/6
Completing our goal glut, we hope, is the clash between Leeds and Liverpool at 5:30.
During Liverpool’s original bad run, they suddenly won 5-1 at Eintracht Frankfurt and looked like they had turned a corner. They hadn’t. Similarly, they won 2-0 at West Ham last weekend but faltered again in midweek at Anfield and are just always letting the opposition in right now.
For their part, Leeds are entertaining. Each of the Yorkshire side’s last five home league games would have landed an over 2.5 goals bet, while four of Liverpool's last five away would have done the same.
Leeds are the home side and are in form following an unlucky 3-2 defeat at Leeds which preceded a 3-1 win against Chelsea, while Liverpool still have attacking talent. This is another chance for the goals to flow.
