Bet 1: Brentford vs Burnley – Brentford to Win 9/20

Kickform says – A home win for Brentford has been calculated at a 73% probability, with the draw at 15% and Burnley to win at 12%. Brentford have won each of the last two meetings at the Gtech Community Stadium without conceding a goal and have been solid at home all season, picking up 13 points from their six league games so far. Odds of 9/20 just land within that value sweet spot of 69%, making this one a goer.

TPP says – Keith Andrews is doing a stellar job this season at Brentford. After a summer of turmoil, losing Yoanne Wissa, Bryan Mbeumo and Christian Norgaard, to have them comfortably mid-table at this point is impressive. It’s a big game for both sides, and a win for the Clarets would see them cut the gap between them to just three points. We’d love a little more meat on the bone than 9/20, but we’re happy to plough into this one with Kickform’s backing.

Bet 2: Man City vs Leeds – Man City to Win 1/4

Kickform says – This is the strongest lock of the weekend. It doesn’t come much bigger than an 87% chance of victory for City here. We had toyed with the idea of switching this to over 2.5 goals, rated at 62%, but even at 1/4, albeit short, it gives us an 80% implied probability, which is still a value bet, regardless of how you package. City have won the last four head-to-heads and have been rock-solid at home this season, winning the previous five in a row, conceding just two goals in those games.

TPP says – Beware of the wounded lion if you’re a Leeds United fan. City followed up their 2-1 defeat at St James’ Park last week with a poor showing at home in the Champions League against Bayer Leverkusen. Guardiola admitted that the 10 changes he made from the weekend were too drastic, and they know they cannot afford to lose any more ground to Arsenal. Leeds have won just once away from Elland Road this season, a 3-1 win at Wolves in September. Mountains will have to move to make it two.

Bet 3: Sunderland vs Bournemouth – Over 2.5 Goals 1/1

Kickform says – Overall prediction is 57% on over 2.5 goals. Given we’re getting even money on the bet, it’s an easy value pick. Stats are backing these numbers, with 50% of Sunderland’s home games with 2.5 or more goals, and a whopping 84% of Bournemouth’s away games covering the same line.

TPP says – This looks like a great bet. Even if we were to discount Sunderland’s total goals stats altogether, no team has been involved with more away goals (25) than Bournemouth this season. It looks like there’ll be a late fitness test for Antoine Semenyo, but even without him in last week’s 2-2 draw with West Ham, albeit at home, it suggests that there shouldn’t be too much cause for concern to still cover 2.5 goals.

Bet 4: Tottenham vs Fulham – Over 2.5 Goals 10/11

Kickform says – A 65% prediction for over 2.5 goals is the highest of any Premier League game this week. Spurs are at 67% for the season, and have covered the spread in five of their last six league games, plus are fresh off the back of a 5-3 blockbuster against PSG in the Champions League.

TPP says – One of the reasons why we like the overs, aside from the Kickform numbers, is that Fulham have scored at least one goal in five of their seven away games. Spurs have a horrid home form at the moment, with just one win all season. This looks like a golden opportunity to change that, and if they do, the over 2.5 should hit.
