Tuesday Champions League Acca Bet – Cards on the Table in Milan

Arsenal sit top of the Champions League group after six games, and they are likely to remain there after this round. We’re banking on more fireworks at the San Siro, while we expect plenty of goals in at least four of Tuesday’s other games.

Our Tuesday Champions League acca comes to a cool 14.87/1 with BetMGM, one of the best betting sites on the market.

Bet 1 – FC Copenhagen v Napoli – Both Teams to Score

Our Kickform stats for this game point to a potential Napoli win, but their form in the Champions League this season doesn’t back that up. Taking into consideration Copenhagen’s home games in this competition, allied with Napoli’s away matches, these two sides are averaging 4.5 goals per game, and that’s the angle.

The Danish side has been wide open in the Champions League, but as the home team they will surely attack. Napoli have been disappointing so far, but they have plenty of attacking talent, and it’s easy to see both teams scoring on the night.

Bet 2 – Inter Milan v Arsenal – Over 3.5 Match Cards

Arsenal are seven points clear at the top of the Premier League, and they also perch above everyone else in this competition, having managed six wins out of six. They are fair value to win again here, but with the job essentially done, we don’t want to take the risk.

We are banking on their lack of discipline in certain situations. Seven cards were shown in the Gunners’ Carabao Cup semi-final at Chelsea; they were handed two of their own, even though they won easily at Brugge, and 70% of their total cards this season have come when they travel.

Only five teams have committed more fouls in Serie A than Inter this season, meaning they add their own bad-tempered ingredients into this particular mix. At least four cards to be shown in the match is plausible.

Bet 3 – Sporting v Paris Saint-Germain – Over 2.5 Goals

PSG are unlikely to catch Arsenal, but they will qualify comfortably for the last 16. Kickform has over 2.5 goals at 75% here, and we tend to agree. Sporting are full of goals on their own patch domestically, while PSG are naturally strong favourites. This has an end-to-end feel.

In the Champions League this season, Sporting’s home aggregate goal tally is 9-2, while PSG’s is 9-3 on the road. Over 2.5 goals is the shout.

Bet 4 – Tottenham v Borussia Dortmund – Over 1.5 Away Goals

Again, this is a match between two teams who have produced plenty of goals in this competition. Dortmund have scored 9 goals on the road in the Champions League across 3 games. That hasn’t led to a positive goal difference away from home, but it shows their attacking prowess.

Tottenham are in a real state of despair now. Their form is regressing each week, and serious discontent is evident around the stadium after their latest defeat to relegation-threatened West Ham in the Premier League. Whatever they do going forward on Tuesday night, they are vulnerable at the back, and Dortmund can strike at least twice.

Bet 5 – Villarreal v Ajax – Over 2.5 Goals

Villarreal are languishing in 35th place in the Champions League, having only won a single point from six games. Ajax are only one place and two points better off, with the home side odds-on to win.

There’s no way we can take that, but over 2.5 goals is once again of interest to us. In the Champions League, Villarreal’s home goal difference is 4-7, while Ajax’s is 5-11 on the road. Both sides let the opposition in regularly, something which is crucial for this type of Champions League bet.
