Bet 1: Aurelien Tchouameni Over 1.5 Tackles

We start things off in sunny Madrid as Los Blancos prepare to welcome Bayern Munich for the 29th edition of the most played fixture in major European football.

Aurelien Tchouameni has been a key man for Real in the middle of the park, producing 59 tackles and making 64 interceptions this season.

In La Liga, only three other midfielders boast a higher number of tackles, while Eduardo Camavinga is the only other Real player who comes anywhere near his numbers.

Tchouameni is set for a busy shift against Bayern, and we’re backing him in the over 1.5 tackles market at around the 1/3 mark.

Bet 2: Real Madrid Over 1.5 Goals

Upon a quick look at the odds, we noticed that Real Madrid are almost even money to score over 1.5 goals on Tuesday night.

That is a tasty offer considering this bet has landed in 10 of Real’s previous 11 home games across all competitions.

Los Blancos scored five against Real Betis, six against Monaco, three against Manchester City, and three more against Atletico Madrid in their last home outing.

Bayern, on the other hand, are defensively fragile on the road. Vincent Kompany’s men have conceded goals in eight of their last nine away matches, including two against Freiburg last time out.

Bet 3: Sporting Over 0.5 Goals

Let’s move on to Tuesday’s second game, Sporting against Arsenal.

Momentum within the Arsenal squad appears to have withered following a couple of cup defeats, and that could give Sporting an edge ahead of this opening leg.

The Portuguese outfit have only lost one of their last 16 competitive matches, picking up victories over PSG, Athletic Bilbao and that Bodo/Glimt comeback along the way.

Sporting have won all five home Champions League games this season, while their current winning run across all competitions at the Estadio Jose Alvalade stretches to nine games.

A total of 13 goals across their last four matches at home is impressive, and we’re backing the hosts to score at least once at around the 1/2 mark.

Bet 4: Viktor Gyokeres Over 0.5 Shots on Target

Arsenal frontman Viktor Gyokeres has scored five goals across his last three matches for club and country, including a strike against Southampton during his brief 30min appearance.

The Swedish superstar is in good form, and we’re backing him to have at least one shot on target against Sporting.

Gyokeres has tested goalkeepers seven times across his last six outings, and his involvement will be key if Arsenal are to make progress.

More importantly, the Swede offers solid value at around 17/20.
