Bet 1: Atalanta over 0.5 goals vs Chelsea – 1/3
Chelsea appear to have hit a road block in their season, failing to win any of their last three Premier League games and conceding four goals during this run.
The Blues were first held by Arsenal to a 1-1 draw, which was not a bad effort considering the Gunners are flying high at the top of the table and the fact Chelsea had a man sent off in that game.
However, Enzo Maresca’s men followed that up with a 3-1 defeat away at Leeds and a disappointing goalless draw away in Bournemouth.
Chelsea are now preparing for their third straight away fixture as they travel to Bergamo for a tasty clash with Serie A outfit Atalanta.
The Italians have won three of their last four games, and boast a solid Champions League record this season.
With Chelsea struggling for results and Atalanta scoring 10 goals across their last four matches, we are backing the hosts to bag over 0.5 goals against their English rivals.
Bet 2: Inter Milan vs Liverpool over 2.5 goals – 13/20
Things continue to go from bad to worse for Liverpool, with the ongoing crisis made a thousand times worse by last weekend’s Mohamed Salah interview.
The Egyptian forward decided to wash dirty laundry in public, opening up about the ongoing Liverpool storm to journalists at Elland Road following a 3-3 draw with Leeds.
Manager Arne Slot is still employed at the time of writing, and his next priority will be preparing his side for an intriguing trip to the San Siro.
Inter Milan have gone goal crazy in recent times, scoring 11 times across their last three competitive games.
For all of Liverpool’s problems, their games have also produced a lot of goalscoring action, with four of their last six matches ending in over 2.5 goals.
When you couple Inter’s impressive attack with Liverpool’s leaky defence, we should be in for an entertaining clash in north Italy. Looking at the betting, over 2.5 goals is the sensible way to go.
Bet 3: Tottenham to beat Slavia Prague – 4/9
Tottenham ended their five-match winless run over the weekend, picking up a 2-0 home win over Brentford.
Spurs turn their attention to Slavia Prague in the Champions League this Tuesday night, with the English outfit looking to boost their chances of a top-eight finish.
A win over their Czech opponents would put Thomas Frank and his side on the periphery of qualification for the round of 16, and a win is certainly expected.
While Slavia are in great form with four wins from five games, their last visit to London back in November ended in a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal.
Spurs are not quite as strong as the Gunners, but the Premier League outfit has enough quality to comfortably beat their upcoming rivals.
Slavia are winless in the Champions League this season, with three draws and two defeats to their name. With that in mind, we are siding with Tottenham at 4/9 odds.
