Pimblett will want to get this fight on the floor as quickly as possible. His edge is, without doubt, his grappling/submission threat, and he’s smart enough to utilise it against Gaethje, who has struggled against this type of fighter in the past.
The Liverpudlian comes into the fight as a strong 4/9 favourite, and the stars seem to be aligning for him to go right to the top and become a world champion. This will be his biggest test, but he looks fresh, sounds ready and should be too strong for Gaethje on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
