At this stage, Jack looks like a solid all-rounder for bettors who are already comfortable using crypto. There is a good spread of sports, plenty of betting markets and useful features such as live betting and Bet Builder. The odds we tested were competitive, although FortuneJack offered better value in some of the comparison markets. The main drawback is the crypto-only withdrawal setup, which makes Jack less convenient if you prefer to cash out directly to a bank card or e-wallet.

Jack’s current site states that Data Link Digital B.V., Curaçao company number 164124, operate the platform under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1562/1139. Jack are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so UKGC protections should not be assumed to apply.

Jack uses KYC checks to verify customer identities and can request documents such as proof of identity and address. The site also supports two-factor authentication, while SSL encryption is used to protect information transferred between your device and the bookmaker.

Jack takes a slightly different approach to the cashier. It is crypto-first, but not crypto-only on the way in.

For anyone who isn’t exactly a crypto whizz, Jack has a built-in ‘Buy Crypto’ option, which is handy. Instead of heading off to an exchange, buying crypto and then sending it over to the casino, players can purchase it directly through the site using regular fiat payment methods.

At the time of our check, Jack displayed fees on some fiat-to-crypto purchase routes. Apple Pay, cards and Google Pay were shown at 1.75%, while Skrill and Neteller were shown at 3.5%. The interesting bit comes when it’s time to get your winnings out. Withdrawals are crypto-only.

While you can use traditional fiat methods to buy crypto and get funds onto the platform, you can’t simply cash out to your card, bank account or e-wallet. Instead, winnings have to be sent to a cryptocurrency wallet.

Overall, the sport line-up gives Jack a good all-round sportsbook offering. You can compare it with our wider list of the best online bookies. It might not be the biggest menu we’ve seen, but there’s enough variety to keep things interesting, whether you’re after a straightforward football bet, fancy a tennis punt or want to see if your gaming skills are as good as you reckon.

Odds are where a sportsbook really has to put its money where its mouth is. Jack might have a decent selection of sports, but the real question is whether the prices are competitive when you actually come to place a bet. To get a clearer picture, we compared Jack’s overround against two other crypto-friendly operators, MyStake and FortuneJack, across football, tennis and basketball.

The results make for some interesting reading. Jack and MyStake were identical across all three markets, suggesting there is very little between the two when it comes to the prices tested.

Looking at the overround numbers for the football match between Arsenal and Coventry City, both came in at 105.87%, while FortuneJack was slightly higher at 106.43%. Lower is better here, as a lower overround generally means the bookmaker is building less margin into its odds.

Tennis produced a different result. Jack and MyStake both recorded an overround of 106.98% for Iga Swiatek vs Diane Parry, while FortuneJack came in considerably lower at 105.18%. That gives FortuneJack the edge in this particular market.

Basketball was where the gap became more noticeable. Jack and MyStake both posted 108.42% on Detroit Pistons vs Boston Celtics, compared with 106.43% at FortuneJack. That’s the highest overround of the three markets tested for Jack, so basketball bettors may find the value a little less appealing here.

The sportsbook at Jack packs in a useful selection of features. Live betting, Cash Out and Bet Builder are all available, while live match tracking and streaming add a bit more meat to the in-play experience.

Live Betting

Live betting is one of the stronger parts of the Jack sportsbook, and you can compare the experience with other operators in our guide to the best live betting sites. Once an event is underway, you can jump into the ‘Live’ section and bet on markets with odds that update as the action unfolds. Selected events also offer live streaming, which is a nice touch.

Cash Out

Then there’s Cash Out, which does exactly what you’d expect. Cash Out is available on selected bets, although it isn’t guaranteed to be offered on every wager and the amount available can move as the event progresses.

Bet Builder

Bet Builder is also on the menu, letting you combine multiple selections from the same match into one bet. So rather than simply backing Arsenal to win, for example, you could potentially combine the result with other available markets from the same match. Availability varies by event and market, but it’s a handy feature.

Jack keeps things fairly simple, with 24/7 live chat and email support available to players. The live chat is accessible directly through the site and is the quickest route for anything that needs sorting there and then.

The live chat initially uses an AI assistant to handle basic questions, but you can request a human agent if the bot isn’t cutting the mustard.

Our hands-on testing found that getting through to a real support agent was relatively straightforward, with the conversation then handled without major delays. The chat also supports multiple languages, which is useful given Jack’s international player base.

If you’d rather put something in writing, Jack has several dedicated email addresses. [email protected] covers general queries, while [email protected] is available for deposit and withdrawal issues and [email protected] deals with verification.

There isn’t a phone support option, so you’re relying on chat or email if you need help. Jack does have a small FAQ section, but it is fairly thin compared with some bigger operators.

That is not necessarily a deal-breaker. The installable web app gives you access to the same core Jack products, including the casino, sportsbook, live betting and account management, without going through a traditional app store.

Because Jack recently rebranded from Jackbit, you may still come across older references to the previous name. Use the installation route from Jack’s own site rather than downloading an unrelated app with a similar name.
