Liverpool’s defeat to Crystal Palace and Arsenal’s last-minute smash-and-grab win over Newcastle have seen the Gunners leapfrog the Reds in the Premier League winner market. With both teams in action on Saturday, plus two more games, we’ve chipped away at the markets to see where the value lies and created a tidy-looking 9/1 acca to get stuck into.

Bet 1: Leeds vs Tottenham – Over 2.5 at 10/11
Ange-ball is long gone, and Thomas Frank looks to have shored up what was the fifth-worst defence in the league last season. You could argue that he’s still finding the right balance in terms of style, but results have been good, with just one defeat in their opening six.
Leeds will be equally delighted following their return to the Premier League. Eight points with two wins and two draws have proved they can, and likely will, compete this season.
There’s value in a Spurs win at 6/4, but we like the look of the over 2.5 total goals market for this one. Combined home and away goals for the sides average 3.33, and both teams are coming off the back of pretty chaotic 2-2 draws. Each of the last seven meetings between the sides has cracked the 2.5 line, and odds of 10/11 look substantial value here.
Bet 2: Arsenal vs West Ham: Arsenal -1.5 Asian Handicap at 8/13
Arsenal have conceded just three goals and are now just two points behind Liverpool at the top of the league. They’ve looked impressive so far, and they will be buoyed by a late winner at St James’ Park last Sunday, a ground they’ve struggled at in recent seasons.
In contrasting form, West Ham have mustered just one win and sit 19th, leading to Graham Potter’s sacking last weekend. Nuno Espírito Santo was quickly ushered through the door, but he has a huge task on his hands to keep them in the league.
West Ham have a decent record against Arsenal and burgled all three points at the Emirates in February. But the times feel very different. Arsenal are much stronger, and West Ham are regressing at an alarming rate. Arsenal -1.5 on the Asian handicap is the play.
Bet 3: Man United vs Sunderland – Both Teams to Score at 4/5
There’s a legitimate chance Sunderland will win this on Saturday afternoon. The Black Cats have been nothing short of superb in their opening set of games and are in a dizzy fifth spot with 11 points to show for their hard work, organisation and tenacity on the pitch.
If Ruben Amorim fails to get a result before heading into another international break, it could be curtains. Sunderland will have enough to get something from this, and even if Man United do turn up and get something from the game, it won’t be pretty. Both teams to score has landed in two of three games (66.7%) at Old Trafford so far, and is the play here with generous odds of 4/5.
Bet 4: Chelsea vs Liverpool – Moisés Caicedo Over 0.5 Shots at 5/6
How things can change in the space of a week. Both teams lost their respective Premier League games last weekend, and Liverpool followed that up with a defeat in the Champions League at Galatasaray. Arne Slot’s team look a little lost, and you could argue they’ve yet to really get going this season, even though they are still top of the league.
We’re dodging any of the results or goals markets, as this could be a cagey affair, with neither side risking too much to chase all three points. Instead, we’re switching our attention to Chelsea’s central midfielder, Moisés Caicedo.
In terms of total shots stats, the Ecuadorian has had at least one in every Premier League game this season. His role in the team has allowed him a little more freedom in the final third, which he’s relishing in front of goal. It could be a game of few chances, which means pot shots from deeper players, like Caicedo, are golden and odds of 5/6 are huge.
