The Unibet sports mobile app has been downloaded enough times on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for us to get a good indication of what regular users think.
At the time of writing, Unibet's Android app has achieved an average rating of a very disappointing and also surprising 2.7 stars on the Google Play Store, while things are even worse with their iPhone app which has achieved an average rating of 2.5 stars on the App Store.
We looked deeper into the reviews to get more of an understanding of why this is. It's important to note that the vast majority of the reviews we came across were before Unibet's latest updates to both apps.
Interestingly, Android users were generally happy with the app's offering. Instead, it was the functionality that seemed to be causing issues, with users stating it was ‘slow' and ‘didn't load properly'. There were also multiple people complaining that the app didn't provide the ability to login with a fingerprint.
