Igor Tudor has been sacked, and the markets are opening up for the next Juventus manager odds. After winning their first three Serie A games, Juventus are now on an eight-game winless run across all competitions and have failed to score in their last four. A 1-0 defeat away to Lazio on Sunday was the last straw for the Agnelli family, who on Monday announced that Tudor’s services were no longer required at the Allianz Stadium.
Tudor is the third manager to leave the role in the last 18 months. This is not a precedent Juventus is accustomed to, but make no mistake: this is a Juventus in crisis mode.
The question now is, who’s next?
Early reports have linked the likes of Luciano Spalletti, Raffaele Palladino and Roberto Mancini to the job. As the next Juventus manager odds populate, we’ll preview the market to see where the early value lies.

Luciano Spalletti
Luciano Spalletti has emerged as a surprise front-runner to take charge of Juventus following the Italian’s dismissal from the national team in June 2025. The 66-year-old has a decorated CV, most notably winning Serie A with Napoli in 2022/23 and going on to win Serie A Coach of the Year for the third time in 2023.
He’s spoken openly about his desire to get back into club football, and he’s proved at Napoli that he can build a title-winning team, something that the Agnelli family is craving. Juventus need authority right now, something to get this team back on stable ground before the season gets away from them, and Spalletti would fit this brief perfectly.
Raffaele Palladino
A younger, more long-term project might include someone like Raffaele Palladino. The 41-year-old left his role as Fiorentina's head coach by mutual consent in June 2025. He did so after finishing sixth in Serie A and getting La Viola back into Europe via the UEFA Europa Conference League.
It would be a fresh start for Juventus and would hit the right notes if they look to start from scratch. He’s a cheaper, realistic option, and Juventus have already shown they’re willing to take risks on lesser names to find the next big thing. The fans would likely prefer this move over Spalletti, so once the markets open, this could be a good outside play.
Roberto Mancini
Italian legend Roberto Mancini has been out of work since leaving the Saudi Arabian national side in October 2024. He has vast experience in Serie A, having managed Fiorentina, Lazio, Inter Milan, and, of course, winning Euro 2020 with Italy.
If Juventus are looking for star power from their next direttore, then Mancini has it in droves. He’s a character who would instantly command the respect of the squad and be able to handle the pressure that naturally comes with such a prestigious role. An outsider in terms of the next Juventus manager odds, but a worthy punt nonetheless.
