Gstaad Strong Favourite but Hey Nay Nay a Good Each-Way Punt
While Gstaad is a strong favourite he has been given Post 13 in the draw. This means that he will start from the outside. However, horses drawn well out have won this race before, and we feel that Gstaad will have too much class for his rivals. He won the Group 2 Coventry at Royal Ascot this year and although he has not won since, he has performed well, especially at Prix Morny where he was narrowly beaten, and we are confident that O’Brien will have him in shape for this one.
If you are looking for an outsider, then Hay Nay Nay could tick the box. The John W. Sadler trained two-year-old has started his racing life with three wins from three in 2025. We think he is a great each-way shout.
