Frazer Clarke vs Jeamie TKV Tips

Professional boxing returns to the BBC for the first time in 20 years, with the broadcaster reserving a primetime slot for this huge domestic encounter. We have used some of the best online bookies to find the latest odds and pick out a couple of tasty selections.

The vacant British championship will be on the line this Saturday as Frazer Clarke embarks on his third attempt to win the historic title.

The Olympic bronze medalist had two fights with Fabio Wardley for the belt in 2024, and while the first ended in a split decision, the rematch left Clarke knocked out with a broken jaw and cheekbone.

Last April, Clarke returned to winning ways with a first round stoppage of Ebenezer Tetteh, though his focus now turns to Jeamie Tshikeva.

Known as Jeamie TKV, the 32-year-old boasts an 8-2 record, with five of his victories coming by way of knockout.

Tshikeva was stopped by David Adeleye last April in a hugely controversial British title fight. The Tottenham man was doing rather well, until he was hit with a huge right hand after the referee signaled for a break.

Instead of a rematch with Adeleye, TKV wanted another shot at British gold, and he will have that opportunity in front of a huge audience on the BBC.

As things stand, the bookmakers are backing Clarke to claim the title at the third time of asking. The former Olympian is priced at 1/5 to come out victorious, while his opponent is available at a far more enticing 9/2.

Clarke has the experience edge and will be looking to unleash his power in the early rounds. The 34-year-old might not be world level, but he certainly has the tools and in-ring IQ to get the better of his much greener opponent.

The odds are too short to back the Burton man to win. Instead, we recommend going with a Clarke KO or TKO victory at 4/9 with William Hill. Under 7.5 total rounds also looks promising at 6/5.
