It has been a disappointing season for Liverpool; however, they have just about confirmed Champions League football for next season. They round off their campaign against Brentford at Anfield. The Bees are in the mix for European qualification but have struggled for form in recent weeks. Both teams will be desperate for the points. Liverpool will want to sign off with a win, and boss Arne Slot will want a convincing performance to ease the pressure after a season of regression. Brentford will be striving to arrest their recent poor form and end a positive season with the tangible reward of qualifying for Europe. I have placed a 5/2 bet builder ahead of Sunday’s kickoff.

I have used data from Kickform to find four great value bets to make my bet builder at MyStake, one of the best international betting sites.
Double Chance: Liverpool or Draw
Liverpool have won 10 and drawn five from 18 home matches this season. Brentford have won six from 18 away. Liverpool came off a run of three league wins in a row to lose to Man United, draw with Chelsea and lose to Aston Villa. Brentford, meanwhile, have only one win in their last eight matches. Neither team are in great form, but Liverpool look the most likely, with Kickform giving a 53% chance of a home win. I am not confident enough to back them to win, but I am happy to go with Double Chance.
Over 2.5 Goals
I’m going with stats again for my second bet. 62% of Liverpool’s matches and 54% of Brentford’s have seen over 2.5 goals. Four of Liverpool’s last five matches and five of Brentford’s last six have featured three or more goals. I am confident that this will be the case on Sunday. So, over/under betting on goals is the way to go for my second leg.
BTTS: Yes
I am also backing there to be goals at both ends. The Kickform stats show that both teams have scored in 68% of Liverpool’s home matches and in 51% of Brentford’s. The data tells me there will be goals at both ends in this one.
Over 9.5 Corners
The corner count has hit double figures in 67% of Liverpool’s home games and in 72% of Brentford’s away fixtures. Liverpool have won an average of 5.89 corners per game while Brentford have won 4.86 corners per match. I am backing there to be at least 10 flag kicks at Anfield.
