Crystal Palace face West Ham United in the Monday evening kickoff, and the match means very different things to the two sides. Palace are stuck firmly in midtable but have the little matter of a UEFA Conference League semi-final on the horizon while for the Hammers it is a crucial game in their quest for survival. There are opportunities to find value, and I have produced a great 6/1 bet builder.

My 6/1 bet builder is up and running. I avoided player props involving Crystal Palace because their team selection is not clear due to their Conference League commitments and a couple of injuries picked up on Thursday against Fiorentina.
Double Chance: Draw or West Ham
With European places likely to go down to seventh or eighth, Palace could still, in theory, qualify for continental competition next season through the league. However, the Conference League seems to be their priority, and this has been reflected in their team selection and approach to recent league games. West Ham on the other hand have given themselves a realistic chance of survival and, having climbed out of the relegation zone, will be desperate to stay there after this round of fixtures. Palace have only won four of their home league matches this season and last Sunday’s win over Newcastle United says more about the Magpies’ current issues than Oliver Glasner’s side’s prowess at home. West Ham have avoided defeat in 50% of their away matches in the Premier League, and I am backing them to do so again.
Under 2.5 Goals
The Kickform stats show that 56% of Crystal Palace’s home games have produced less than three goals. Palace have averaged 1.13 goals per game this season and West Ham have scored an average of 1.25 goals per match. Despite the Hammers running in four against Wolves last time out, I don’t see many goals in this one.
Jarrod Bowen Over 0.5 Shots on Target
Jarrod Bowen has been a consistent performer for West Ham across the season. Bowen has averaged 0.75 shots on target per 90 minutes. His last few games have seen him hit the woodwork several times, and I am tipping him to have adjusted his margins slightly. I back him to register at least one attempt on target on Monday evening.
Crysencio Summerville Over 1.5 Fouls
Crysencio Summerville has played a big part in West Ham’s revival and has rightly been praised for goal involvements and attacking threat. His commitment to the cause is there for all to see, yet the bookies still underrate his tendency to give a few fouls away. According to the data on Kickform, Summerville has averaged 1.85 fouls per 90 minutes this season. He racked up three fouls in his last appearance, a four-nil win over Wolves, so I think that two or more fouls at Selhurst Park is likely.
