The magic of the FA Cup is back, and on the 25th and 26th April, both semi-finals are hosted at Wembley Stadium. Two contrasting games from a betting perspective, so I’ve had to get creative with my picks, but ultimately, I’ve got two bet builders which can be combined into one bigger acca paying 17/1 with bet365. Let’s jump in.
TL;DR – My 17/1 FA Cup Semi-Final Acca is Live

Manchester City vs Southampton Best Bets – 13/4 Boosted Treble
There are some hilariously bad prices kicking about for the Man City vs Southampton game. 2/9 for City to win, 2/5 for over 2.5 goals, 4/11 for Haaland to score. The list goes on.
Straight away, I’m looking at building a mini bet builder here. And there’s a boosted treble that I really like the look of on bet365.
The first part is straightforward, and that’s a City win. Now, don’t get me wrong, as a neutral here, it would be lovely to see Southampton give them a game and progress. It’s what the FA Cup is all about, but let’s be real here, they are definite underdogs.
The Saints are in good form, and while an FA Cup semi-final is huge for them, they’ve still got an outside chance of the automatic promotion spots in the Championship, so they will have one eye on that with the ultimate goal this season being promotion.
For City, well, they are doing what City (and Pep) do best, and that’s finish strong. That win over Arsenal last weekend was massive in the context of their season, and it’s now fair to say they are the favourites to win the Premier League.
But Pep is ruthless, and he will be all guns blazing for this game. It’ll be full strength and desperate to keep that momentum going, as he knows how crucial it is at this stage of the season.
This segways into my two other picks for the game. Erling Haaland and Antoine Semenyo to both have 2+ shots on target.
Haaland needs no introduction here. He’s smashed through that early 2026 slumber and now has five goals in his last four games, including a hat-trick against Chelsea in their FA Cup quarter-final.
Semenyo’s importance to the team has been underlined by Guardiola’s commitment to starting the Ghanaian. He’s not missed a single game since he signed from Bournemouth in January and has started all but three, turning into a vital cog for City.
bet365, who I think are one of the best online bookies, have kindly boosted this bet builder treble from 3/1 to 13/4. It’s the best price in the industry and the first part of my FA Cup semi-final betting tips.
Chelsea vs Leeds United – Leeds to Progress as Part of 3/1 Double
It’s been another chaotic week at Stamford Bridge. Liam Rosenior was finally handed his P45, and the fact that his contract included a clause stating he wouldn’t receive full compensation says a lot about the risk they took with him.
His sacking was of no surprise to anyone, though. They’d lost seven out of their last 8 games, with the only win being that of Port Vale in their FA Cup quarter-final. But what was most damning was that they hadn’t scored a single goal in any of those defeats.
I’m looking through that team and wondering where the goals are going to come from. bet365 have priced Marc Guiu as more likely to score than Alejandro Garnacho. The former has just three goals this season, and the latter looks like he could go down as one of the worst transfers in Premier League history after being hyped up to be ‘Ronaldo-esque’. Not a chance.
Leeds, on the other hand, are flying. A last-minute equaliser against an in-form Bournemouth side away from home at the weekend underlines the fight that Daniel Farke has implemented in this Leeds side. They’re now seven games unbeaten, hit that 40-point mark in the league and are as good as safe. A cracking season for the Whites by all accounts.
There’s no reason they can’t book a return visit to Wembley on Sunday as well. In fact, my first pick for the game is for them to qualify at odds of 5/4. It’s two teams on different trajectories here, and I think it’s too little too late for a new manager bounce in that Chelsea side, truth be told.
Just to add a little more action to this, I’m lumping in the over 2.5 goals as well. Historically, it’s been a goal-heavy fixture, with the over landing in six of the last seven meetings between the pair. Odds are floating around the even money mark, so if you were just wanting to take on the double, that creates a tidy little 3/1 bet for Chelsea vs Leeds.
My FA Cup Semi-Final Betting Tips and Predictions are Live
Officially, bet365 are best priced today at 17/1, but I have some BetMGM free bets to use up, so I’m taking slightly lower odds of 16/1 and using these free bets instead. If you create a new account, you can get up to £40 worth from just a £10 bet. One of the better offers at the minute, I’d say.
