The weekly sporting phenomenon that is Premier League Darts takes over the SSE Arena in Belfast this Thursday night (February 26) as eight of the best arrow throwers in the world continue to vie for position in the standings. While the players set sights on doubles and trebles, we’ve got our eye on a quadruple as we bring you a juicy 4-fold acca. Let’s jump straight in!
Fresh from winning his fifth European Tour title, Luke Littler will be looking to hit the restart button on his Premier League Darts campaign when he takes on table topper Jonny Clayton.
Gian van Veen lost to Littler in that European Tour event in Poland, but he did bag his first televised nine-darter, and he will be looking to knock off crowd favourite Josh Rock.
Elsewhere, Michael van Gerwen is back from illness as he takes on Gerwyn Price in a heavyweight contest, while Luke Humphries battles Stephen Bunting.

Bet 1: Luke Littler vs Jonny Clayton – Over 8.5 Legs
There has been a huge development in the darting world after 15-year-old Mitchell Lawrie jumped to the top of the WDF rankings. The young Scot still has a long way to go, though many figures in the sport have already tipped the teenager to give Littler a run for his money in the near future.
Speaking of Littler, the world champion has got bigger problems to worry about after getting off to a stuttering start in the Premier League, winning just one match from the opening three nights.
League leader Jonny Clayton stands in his path in Belfast, but with Littler enjoying European Tour success last weekend, we’re expecting a tight contest. Over 8.5 legs is the way to go.
Bet 2: Luke Humphries to Score the Highest Checkout vs Stephen Bunting
Many darts fans begrudged the PDC for including Bunting in the Premier League Darts line-up despite his recent dip in form.
The Bullet has so far failed to turn public opinion around after losing all three of his Premier League matches. Hey ho, at least he still has a banging entrance song.
Humphries beat Bunting over the weekend in Krakow, hitting a 170 checkout in the process. The defending champion has produced three figure averages in four of his five Prem matches this season, and we’re backing him to dominate on Thursday… bagging the highest match finish along the way.
Bet 3: Michael van Gerwen vs Gerwyn Price: Over 9.5 Legs
What a tough game to call! Michael van Gerwen returns to action after a short spell away with illness, and he will be looking to pick up from where he left off.
Mighty Mike won the opening night of the Premier League and also powered to another final seven days later. Despite missing Night 3, he remains second in the standings – four points above his upcoming opponent, Gerwyn Price.
Speaking of the Welshman, Price had a tough week after losing in the quarter-final to Clayton in the Premier League, before bowing out in the first round of the recent Players Championship event.
With Van Gerwen carrying some rust and Price enduring some hiccups, we’re backing a tight game. Over 9.5 legs is our selection.

Bet 4: Gian van Veen to Score Most 180s vs Josh Rock
Josh Rock would love nothing more than to bag his first Premier League match win in front of his home fans in Belfast. However, the Northern Irishman is up against stiff opposition as he prepares to face Gian van Veen.
The Dutchman reached the Poland Darts Masters final over the weekend and bagged his first televised nine-darter in the process.
Van Veen reached Premier League Darts finals on Nights 1 and 3, and we expect him to overcome a partisan crowd. Backing ‘The Giant’ to hit the most 180s vs Rock is our final tip for Thursday night.
