Milos Kerkez is set to be a man in demand this summer. The 21-year-old left-back has been a key component in Bournemouth’s push for Europe.

After showing promise last season following his move from AZ Alkmaar the Hungary international has really kicked on this season, prompting interest from Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid among others.

So, where will Kerkez end up next season? Will he go to Anfield? Will he sign for Manchester City? Or can the Cherries hang onto him as they look to build on an impressive campaign? Here’s the odds from bet365.

Kerkez to Liverpool: Can he succeed Robertson?

Liverpool is looking for a long-term successor for Andy Robertson. The Scottish international has a year left on his current deal and will be 32 when it expires.

After they secured their 20th league championship, only their second of the Premier League era, the Reds will be keen to kick on. Boss Arne Slot will be hoping to make a greater impact in the Champions League and left-back is a priority position.

Kerkez is very much on the radar at Anfield. Liverpool sporting director Richard Hughes signed the left-back for Bournemouth in 2023. He has similar qualities to Robertson, which would make him a good fit.

Kerkez has refused to rule out a move away from Bournemouth and Liverpool would be an attractive choice, given that he has a realistic chance of usurping Robertson as first choice over the course of next season.

When you look at the quality and consistency of Kerkez this season alongside Liverpool’s need to strengthen at left-back then 4/6 is a fair price.

Kerkez to Sign for City?

Despite a number of superb performances from those deployed there, left-back has been a problem position for City.

Central defenders Nathan Ake and Josko Gvardiol have both played there regularly and Pep Guardiola has used a number of midfielders in the role, with Nico O’Reilly the latest to play, and excel, on the left of City’s backline.

Guardiola has indicated that he is looking for a left-back this summer and Kerkez could fit the bill. At 7/1 it is possibly worth a punt, but Liverpool appears to be in pole position.

Madrid to make Kerkez Part of a Double Swoop?

Real Madrid is very aware of Kerkez. They are interested in bringing his teammate Dean Huijsen to the Bernabeu and could push for a double deal.

Ferland Mendy has struggled with injuries recently and Fran Garcia has not convinced on a consistent basis, so Madrid could be looking to strengthen at left-back.

8/1 are decent odds but we feel that Los Blancos might prioritise other positions this summer.

Kerkez to Remain at Bournemouth?

It is possible that Kerkez might start next season at Bournemouth. With plenty of interest in Huijsen, as well as in the likes of Justin Kluivert and Antione Semenyo, the Cherries will be under no pressure to sell all of their stars and will be keen to build on a promising season.

Kerkez has also indicated that he wants regular football, so he may not want to risk going to a club such as Liverpool or Man City and not being first choice.

The defender has flourished under Andoni Iraola and, should the Basque remain in charge at the Vitality Stadium, then Kerkez might choose to stay another season.

We think that this is a possibility, especially if Bournemouth secure some form of European football next season, so 3/1 isn’t a bad price.

Why is Kerkez in Demand?

Kerkez has really kicked on under the tutelage of Iraola. His consistency and durability stand out, he has played the most minutes out of any Bournemouth player this season.

He is technically good in both defence and attack, has good athleticism and has become more involved in the play this season. He has contributed two goals and five assists.
