Our BTTS tips (both teams to score) are based on the average historical success rates from the most recent relevant season for both teams, with a minimum accomplishment threshold of 70% for accuracy. In other words, if we were to back a team on this market throughout the season, we’d have seen a return over 70% of the time.

BTTS predictions entail forecasting whether both teams will score at least one goal during regular play (goals scored in extra time or penalties do not count). Placing a wager on this market results in a return only if both teams score. If not, you lose your bet.

So, let's say our football tips BTTS suggested a positive result for the following and you went with our BTTS predictions today, the following games would produce a return:

  • List Icon

    Bournemouth 1 – 1 Nottingham Forest (Premier League, 5/02/2024)

  • List Icon

    Heerenveen 3 – 1 – RKC Waalwijk (Eredivisie, 12/08/2023)

  • List Icon

    Werder 1 – 2 Heidenheim (Bundesliga, 10/02/2024)

There are variables on both this type of market and for our BTTS predictions today. Most common of which is both teams to score and win. This is where two things must happen for your bet to be a success: both teams must score a goal and your chosen team must win the game.

In the example of Heerenveen vs RKC Waalwijk from above, only win and BTTS tips which backed the former would produce a successful bet. If BTTS and win predictions today suggested either team for Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest, the bet would be a losing effort because that game ended in a draw.

Please note that we only show tips and predictions up to three days away in order for our statistical data to provide the most accurate insights.

Your BTTS predictions come down to whether you believe both teams will score in the upcoming game. You can analyse this yourself by watching the teams and studying the stats, but there’s no faster or more accurate way of wading through the relevant information than by using the table above.

You can search for your relevant team and league/cups you’re interested in by using the search bar.

Whether or not both teams to score markets can be considered a good bet boils down to a few different factors.

The first is whether it enhances the fan's experience. Both teams to score can be a fantastic market in this regard, offering an exciting way to engage with any game without needing to back a winner. This is especially important when your heart and head are in different places when making BTTS predictions.

Beyond that, it comes down to the likelihood of you picking a winning market and getting the best returns. While our BTTS tips and additional analysis via the table above can’t guarantee a winning outcome, they are designed to empower you to make well-informed bets.
