Trump’s promised 4th July 2026 UFC Fight Night on White House grounds now has 4 top contenders listed to fight in this historic match up.

While the shock fight night is not yet confirmed, UFC betting sites have already predicted that lightweights Dustin Poirier (5/2), Max Holloway (3/1) and Justin Gaethje (9/2) are most likely to hit the Octagon on the President’s Park alongside Bantamweight Sean O’Malley (4/1).
All the cards (pun intended) are up in the air though, as it’s unclear whether this potential July 4th 2026 spectacle would be a serious event or one with strange selections simply meant to draw in hype and publicity – maybe we could even see Trump take to the mat?
Every possibility and potential weirdness is being considered an option for this circus event that has captured imaginations worldwide – even controversial internet personality and former kickboxer Andrew Tate has thrown his hat into the ring to fight on the night.
And while Dana White has so far shied away from actually confirming it, he described Trump’s plan as “epic” and announced that “discussions” are now underway.
In his classic style, Trump announced at the weekend that “Dana’s gonna do it…full fight…championship fight” in an arena on the White House grounds with “25,000 people” in attendance.
And while the groundwork for it is still being laid down, X has become the first sparring ground for the fight with several fighters throwing their caps in the ring, including Conor McGregor, who posted “I would be honoured! Count me in” in response to Trump’s announcement.
Former UK fighter Michael Bisping also took some of the limelight this week, not as a potential White House scrapper, but as a foretelling Nostradamus; giving his predictions that McGregor vs. Chandler and Jones vs. Aspinall were two fights that we were likely to see at this 2026 event.
While betting markets in the UK haven’t opened up on the potential fighters, some American bookmakers have fueled speculation and their odds have been quoted across international news sites and social media; spreading excitement and interest like wildfire.
Other betting markets for this most American of spectacles includes bets on who will be a UFC Ring Girl – with senator Katie Britt (8/1), White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt (12/1) and Trump’s own daughter Tiffany (16/1) being included as potentials, although clearly as purely tongue-in-check additions, it has to be said.
Punters can also bet on where exactly the Octagon will be located on White House property, whether Trump will give an introductory speech, or also a dance, and whether the President will be the one to award the belt to the main event champion.
