World No.1 Jannik Sinner takes on current Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz in a mouth-watering encounter in Southwest London. The Wimbledon men’s final odds are live, and we’ve got a full preview of one of the most exciting matches of the season.

It’s the final that tennis fans around the globe were desperate for. Italian Jannik Sinner, facing off against Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz as we run it back following that epic French Open final.
Both have been in sparkling form throughout the tournament and despatched their semifinal opponents with relative ease on another scorcher at Centre Court.
In the first semi of the day, Alcaraz was put to work to beat Taylor Fritz in four sets and extend his current winning run to 24 matches. He’s won all five of his Grand Slam final appearances and will be looking to make that six in Sunday’s final.
Sinner took just one hour and 55 minutes to dispatch 24-time major winner, Novak Djokovic. The Serbian was clearly feeling the effects of a slip in his quarterfinal match against Flavio Cobolli, as he struggled to move around the court and was swept aside in straight sets by Sinner.
The results set up a mouth-watering tie and a chance for Sinner to avenge his defeat at Roland Garros just five weeks ago. His improvement on grass has been notable this year, and he admitted that he “struggled a lot five years ago when I started on this surface. Now I'm moving much better.”
The form that both players are in makes this a challenging game to call. The bookies are clearly having a hard time separating the pair as well, with Jack Sinner at 11/10 and Carlos Alcaraz at 4/5, respectively. In Layman’s terms, it’s a classic coin flip.
But even though the Wimbledon men’s final odds are close, there are opportunities to be had as we look ahead and preview the best value bets for Sunday’s showdown at SW19.

Bet 1: Carlos Alcaraz to Win the Match
Alcaraz has beaten Sinner in eight of the 12 games they’ve played since turning pro in 2018. In fact, he’s also won the last five meetings in a row, which included the five-set epic at the French Open in June.
We’re a little surprised to see the Wimbledon men’s final odds as close as they are. Sinner did beat Alcaraz in the Round of 16 at Wimbledon back in 2022, but the Spaniard has since gone on to win back-to-back titles in the capital, showcasing that he’s much more suited to the surface than his compadre.
It was interesting to hear the thoughts of the 1992 Wimbledon champion, Andre Agassi, as he lauded praise on Alcaraz, calling him “incredible” and that “it’s like he has the touch of Federer, the defence of Novak and the RPM of Nadal combined”—quite the praise, and enough validation for our bet builder.
Bet 2: Over 0.5 Tie Breaks
Whenever two players with very few weaknesses take to the court, you know the game will be tight. While we’re confident of an Alcaraz win on Sunday, we don’t think he’ll get things all his own way.
There has been at least one tie break in 10 of the 12 matches they’ve played so far, and we're backing this trend to continue. If we roll it back a month or so to the French Open, the pair went all the way three times, including the deciding fifth set.
Bet 3: Carlos Alcaraz to Serve the Most Aces
It’s fair to say neither Sinner nor Alcaraz is best known for their service game. They’re both elite athletes who have incredible ground strokes and generally play from the baseline.
But Alcaraz is the much stronger server of the two. In fact, this year alone, he’s fired in 21 more aces than Sinner from their six matches. We’re getting very close to even money here for a bet that we think Carlos is a strong favourite for.
Bet 4: Jannik Sinner to Win the First Set
Sinner to win the first set makes a lot of sense. He famously won the first set at the French Open before getting beaten and has taken the lead in four of the last five head-to-heads between the two of them.
He starts strong, but there have been questions about both mental and physical fatigue in the longer formats. Alcaraz, on the other hand, is a beast, and he’s going to get stronger as the game goes on.
The bookies are being generous in their odds of 10/11 for Sinner to win the first, and it plays into the narrative that we think Alcaraz will win the match, but will have to do it the hard way.
