Seven months on from one of the most thrilling all-British bouts of all time, Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are preparing to light up the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium once again. The rivalry and apparent hatred between the two men has not diminished following the first bout, meaning we could be in for another dynamic affair in London.
Drug scandals, court cases, family fallouts, egg attacks – the rivalry between Eubank Jr and Benn has certainly dominated the boxing news cycle for the last couple of years.
When the two men eventually got in the ring last April, they channelled their anger into delivering one of the most spectacular and action packed fights of the year and arguably one of the most thrilling domestic encounters of the decade.
With expectations set high for the rematch, the question on everyone’s lips is whether Benn can find a way to overcome the significant size difference and set up a potential trilogy bout for 2026.
If you check out any of the best online bookies, they would have you believe that the answer is ‘no’. But at the end of the day, this is boxing – one good punch could change everything.
Here, we take a closer look at the highly anticipated rematch and pick out some of the best boxing bets ahead of the weekend.

Eubank Jr powered to a clear unanimous decision win in the first fight, utilising his size advantage and experience to out-punch his younger rival and score 116-112 on all three of the judges’ scorecards.
The 35-year-old was simply busier and more effective throughout the course of the fight, landing 367 punches – 152 more than Benn, who failed to make the most of his superior speed and cardio.
Filled with absolute hatred for his rival, Benn made the mistake of going for an early knockout, which clearly took a toll on his performance in the final few rounds of the fight.
The 29-year-old will be looking to rectify those mistakes, and he has already stated in pre-rematch interviews that he will be trying a far more conservative approach. Despite his words, Benn remains a clear underdog, priced at 6/4 by BetVictor at the time of writing.
Eubank Jr, on the other hand, is once again the big favourite, with William Hill offering 8/11 for his victory. The former IBO super-middleweight champion has a significant experience advantage over his opponent, having shared the ring with the likes of George Groves, Billy Joe Saunders, James DeGale, and Liam Smith over the years.
Size, power, reach – all of these important aspects are also in Eubank Jr’s favour as he looks to improve his already impressive 35-3 professional record.
Prediction: Chris Eubank Jr to win at 8/11 is the play.

Considering the high level of animosity between these two men, it was somewhat of a surprise to see a complete lack of knockdowns in the opening fight.
Benn searched for an early breakthrough last April, but the experience of Eubank Jr meant he did not fall for any of the traps during the opening rounds of the bout – even though he was slightly wobbled in the third.
While Benn has vowed to take a more conservative approach in the rematch, the ‘Destroyer’ is still capable of putting his opponent under severe pressure and delivering his stinging power shots.
Nearly three years ago, Eubank Jr tasted the canvas twice when he was pummelled by Liam Smith in their thrilling first fight, with both of the knockdowns coming in the fourth round.
Should Benn utilise his excellent speed and dangerous explosiveness, he could certainly go further than simply wobble his opponent – he has the tools to send him to the canvas.
While we do not think it will be enough to win the fight, backing Benn to score an early knockdown at 7/4 with bet365 is our recommendation.
Prediction: Conor Benn to score a knockdown at 7/4 is the way to go
