Iga Swiatek goes into Saturday’s ladies singles final at Wimbledon bidding to win her seventh Grand Slam title and her first since winning the 2024 French Open. Standing in the way of the former world number one is 13th seed Amanda Anisimova who stunned top seed Aryna Sabalenka in the semis to reach her first major final.

We have come up with a nice little treble for the final which would see you get a £75 payout from a £10 stake at bet365. Due to the bookie’s fantastic 25% winnings boost, you could increase this to a £91.25 payout.

Iga Swiatek goes into the Ladies Singles Final at Wimbledon as favourite

Swiatek’s Grass Game Now Cutting It

Swiatek has turned things around in more ways than one at Wimbledon this year. She had slipped down the world rankings at the end of 2024 and the early months of 2025 and appears to have grown in confidence throughout the tournament.

Furthermore, even during her most dominant phase at the top of the world rankings, Swiatek, who favours clay, had struggled to adapt to the grass courts of SW19. She looks much more comfortable on the surface now after previously failing to get beyond the quarter-finals at the All-England Club.

The 24-year-old goes into the final as favourite, however, it is far from a straightforward task.

Anisimova in First Slam Final After Shocking Sabalenka

Swiatek faces a tough task against Anisimova who has been in the form of her life throughout the tournament. The American, while recognised as a top-class performer, would not have featured in many people’s Wimbledon betting tips ahead of the tournament. She has though built upon a positive 2025 which has seen her win her maiden WTA Tour title, equal her best-ever performance at Roland Garros and reached her first grass court final at Queen’s. Whether she wins her first Grand Slam title on Saturday or not, her performances have guaranteed her a top 10 WTA ranking after the tournament.

Anisimova showed great resilience as well as quality to overcome Sabalenka in the semi-final and her powerful groundstrokes, especially off the backhand, will cause Swiatek problems.

Swiatek to win 2-1 13/5
Over 9.5 games in set 1 10/11
8+ double faults in match 1/2

Odds correct as of 11/07/2025 at 11:00. Odds subject to change.

Now let's have a look at our picks and our reasoning behind them.

Bet 1: Swiatek to Win 2-1 (13/5)

We think that Swiatek’s quality, big match experience and new-found confidence on grass will mean that she has too much for Anisimova. But we feel that the American can cause her problems.

Both players are very strong on return of serve, with Anisimova striking the ball as powerfully as anyone on the WTA Tour. We think that she will take a set but that Swiatek will take the win, and with it her seventh Grand Slam title.

Bet 2: Over 9.5 Games in Set 1 (10/11)

Swiatek is experienced enough to handle pressure and to start like she means business. But Anisimova is riding the crest of a wave after her superb win over Sabalenka and has demonstrated throughout this year’s Wimbledon that she is a determined and gritty competitor.

There will be no quarter given and we don’t think that the first set will be a walkover for either player. We think that the odds for over 9.5 games, which means it ending 6-4, 7-5 or 7-6, are good value.

Bet 3: 8+ Double Faults in Match (1/2)

Given the quality of tennis produced by both players during Wimbledon 2025, it seems almost churlish to talk about double faults. However, despite her superb displays, Anisimova has served at least five double faults in all but one of her matches, with a high of nine. Swiatek is fallible on this score, with 10 in her last three matches.

Given the pressure of the occasion, we feel that there will be eight or more double faults in the final.
