Last night (30th June) we were treated to a surprise recoupling off the bat, and a few new favourites have emerged. We then got a classic Heart Rate Challenge that has already got us predicting new couples.

The villa has needed a recoupling since Megan's and Remmell’s departure on Friday. Harrison was at the centre of attention in the lead-up to it, with a heated love triangle forming between Harrison, Toni, and Helena.
The drama never came, though. Ben coupled up with Helena, forcing Harrison to recouple with Toni. Harrison then went on to tell both girls that he’d have picked them… What’s going on inside his head, we’ll never know.
Love Island Odds
The Love Island betting odds have shifted massively over the last few days, and we've got all the latest right here.
Love Island Winning Couple Odds
The Love Island winning couple odds are all over the place, and some couples are still in turmoil, even after a recoupling. Here are the best odds with William Hill.
Winning Couple | Odds |
---|---|
Emily Moran and Tommy Bradley | 3/1 |
Megan Moore and Dejon Noel Williams | 11/2 |
Helena Ford and Harry Cooksley | 7/1 |
Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley | 12/1 |
Emily Moran and Conor Phillips | 14/1 |
Harry is featured with two different girls. I bet he’d love that. He’s caught up in a bit of a love triangle too, so there’s good value in him doing well. He and both girls on the list are liked by the audience.
Love Island Top Male Odds
Tommy is still holding on to his status as fan favourite, but Dejon is hot on his tail. These are the odds with bet365.
Top Male | Odds |
---|---|
Tommy Bradley | 11/8 |
Dejon Noel Williams | 7/2 |
Conor Phillips | 11/2 |
Harry Cooksley | 11/2 |
Harrison Solomon | 22/1 |
Love Island Top Female Odds
With Megan out of the way, Emily has now taken top spot. Can she hold on to it? Here are the odds with bet365.
Top Female | Odds |
---|---|
Emily Moran | 5/2 |
Megan Moore | 3/1 |
Shakira Khan | 4/1 |
Yasmin Pettet | 5/1 |
Alima Gagigo | 17/2 |
Yasmin has gone from a complete outsider to a strong contender in less than a week. She’s a wild card, and who doesn’t love that on a reality TV show?
The fact that she’s finally coupled up with someone who complements her character will give her a much-needed boost and could be good value for punters.
The Recoupling
The recoupling came and went, and after the dust settled, the love triangle drama continued. Toni and Helena squashed their beef and confronted Harrison, who got off pretty lightly, but clearly likes both girls. We expect Harrison to couple up with Helena the next chance he gets, though.
These are the current Love Island couples:
-
Emily Moran & Tommy Bradley
-
Megan Moore & Dejon Noel Williams
-
Yasmin Pettet & Giorgio Russo
-
Shakira Khan & Harry Cooksley
-
Helena Ford & Ben Holbrough
-
Antonia “Toni” Laites & Harrison Solomon
-
Alima Gagigo & Conor Phillips
Heart Rate Challenge Drama
A Love Island staple, the Heart Rate Challenge has always added a heavy dose of drama, especially if a person's heart rate rises the most for someone they're not in a couple with.
The hottest news came from Helena's message to Harry during her dance. Harry’s already on thin ice with Shakira, and this might have just melted the rest of it away.
Will Harry end up with Helena? It’s a tough one. She clearly likes Harrison, and Harry is probably better off with Shakira, who complements him well.
We’ll probably find out more tonight, but one thing is for sure, Shakira will be fuming at Helena after this.
