Brian Harman to finish in top 10
Brian Harman is a regular at this tournament. Two top 10 finishes in the last three years show that he can handle the course and we are tipping him to be there or thereabouts.

McIlroy has never won this tournament, and he pulled out last year following his success at the Masters. Part of the reason for McIlroy’s success last year was a reduced schedule, even though the Northern Irishman attracted criticism for missing signature events on the tour, including the RBC Heritage. As reported by the BBC, he has already stated that he will play the tournaments he finds useful, so he may not be teeing off in this one. But if he does decide to play, he is someone you cannot ignore, despite a comparatively poor record here.
Sepp Straka
Sepp Straka has a great record at this tournament. He tied for 3rd in 2022 and was the leading non-American in 2024 when he tied for 5th. Straka tied for 2nd at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and currently sits 12th in the world rankings. The Austrian is worth watching.
Russell Henley
Russell Henley tied for 8th last year and tied for 12th in 2024. Ranked 6th in the world at the time of writing, Henley has made a steady start to 2026. Frequently featuring among the top 10 on the Tour for driving accuracy and known for his superb iron play, Henley’s game is suited to this course, and he could well make an impact. A good bet for the top 10.
Tommy Fleetwood
Tommy Fleetwood is ranked 3rd in the world and has started 2026 steadily, tying for 4th at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Fleetwood is known for his excellent approach play and we feel that the course will suit his game. He finished 7th in 2025, just four shots off making a three-way play off for the title and one shot off tying for 3rd. We think that he could produce the goods again this year.
